One of the most important ways a writer gets valuable feedback is through reviews. Not just professional reviews, such as the Kirkus Review, but written commentary from readers of the book. I have three new reviews of my middle school book, Changeup from readers of the book that I want to share with you. Two are from middle grade teachers and one is from a parent.
I really enjoyed this story about a boy whose whole world is turned upside down. It teaches a variety of lessons and shows different ways to deal with unexpected change. I would definitely recommend this book to my middle school students. Brittini 6th grade teacher.
