Ruminations and Reflections
I am a former teacher and school principal. I love to write. I began writing picture book stories for young children. Next, I wrote a very lengthy chapter book featuring a talking horse as the main character. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) both of these projects remain “pre-published”. I soon discovered this wasn’t unusual for most authors. You have to find the story you want to tell.
I’ve found my story and I want others to read and enjoy it, so I’ve created this website. Changeup is a middle-grade novel for kids in grades four through seven but there is no law that prohibits adults, even parents, from reading the book. Reading the same book might even spark a good conversation.
